The Encosta da Marina 3-H apartment is a luxury 1 Bedroom apartment. Brand-new and tastefully furnished, its south-facing balcony offers far-reaching views over the pool and roof-tops, towards the Marina, the town of Lagos and glimpses of the sea.

From the Building’s front entrance there is a lift for easy access to the 3rd Floor. The complex is generally quiet having only 3 apartments per floor. The condo’s large Bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, night tables with reading lamps and built in closets with a security safe. The apartment’s entrance hall has additional built in closets providing lots of storage space. The Bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and bidet. Air-Conditioning is available throughout.

The Living Room is a large open plan with oak dining table and 4 chairs, convertible sofa bed and comfortable swivel chair. There is a 40 inch curved screen TV with IPTV service offering many UK channels and Catch-Up TV. Wi-Fi internet service is available throughout the apartment. There is also an oak book case with an exchange library, local reference maps and guide books, games, puzzles etc.

The Kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is well stocked with crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. There is a small Kitchen eating area with table & 2 chairs.
The Kitchen, Bedroom & Living Area all have stunning views with access to the secure Balcony looking out over the pool area and the roof-tops towards the Marina, Lagos and the Sea. The large Balcony has an outdoor dining table, four chairs and two sun beds. The evening view of the illuminated pool and city lights is most attractive.
The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a kid’s pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool. Two lounge mattresses are provided in the apartment for guest use at the pool.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to all amenities. The Marina, only a 5 minute walk away, offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, some of which have live entertainment. After a short walk over the footbridge, you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled pedestrianised streets and colourful market square.

The lovely, golden sand beach of Meia Praia is a 10 minute walk away. The 4 mile beach is perfect for long beach walks and shell collecting, especially at low tide. There are a variety of boat trips and water sport activities available that can be arranged from the Marina de Lagos. Favourites include a boat trip tour of the grottoes and dolphin watching. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there is a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
