Aquarium 3E is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in a prime lactation close to Lagos marina and the Meia Praia beach, this apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned.
The Aquarium condominium offers an indoor heated pool between November and March and an outside pool. The apartment is located on the corner and offers balconies on all 3 side with the living area balcony offering a sea view and a partial view of the pool. This apartment is perfectly located for being able to walk out with out need a car.

Aquarium 3E is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access or stairs, on entering the apartment there is a long hall way entrance, on the left as you come into the apartment is the well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, oven, electric hob, dishwasher and an abundance of crockery and kitchen ware there is also a kitchen dining table to seat 4, the sliding windows from the kitchen open onto one of the balconies with a BBQ and at the far end is a utility with washing machine.

Along the hall a bit further all 3 bedrooms are on the left and offer built in wardrobes and access to balconies with sliding patio doors, all the bedrooms are double with king size beds the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, w/c and basin, the other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, w/c and basin.

the living area is on the right side of the corridor and is a large open space with duel aspect windows, the living room terrace is on 2 sided and offers an outside dining area, a couple of sun-loungers and a couple of reclining chairs. from one side of the balcony you can partially see the pool area and you have a view over towards the sea. The living room has an indoor dining table and 6 chairs, a lounge area with a smart TV and fibre optic Wi-Fi, there are some UK channels available on the TV along with Portuguese and access to Netflix, amazon prime and Disney plus etc...

The pool area is located from a separate entrance door than the one to the apartment block and offers a communal salt water outdoor pool and indoor pool the indoor pool is heated between November and March and a communal heated Jacuzzi pool.
