The Encosta da Marina 2J apartment is a luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment has been tastefully furnished and offers air-conditioning and wireless internet, there is a south-facing balcony that offers far-reaching views over the pool and roof-tops, towards the Marina da Lagos, the town of Lagos and glimpses of the sea. The apartment offers 2 generously sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has patio doors out to the back terrace with a side view over towards the sea, the twin bedroom also has air-conditioning and patio doors that lead out to the back terrace of the apartment. There is a second bathroom in the hall with a shower, w/c and sink for the use of the guests in the second bedroom.

Through to the living area this is a large open plan space with sofa, dining table and chairs, Wi-Fi and a large smart TV with an IPTV service offering some Portuguese and UK channels including BBC and ITV. The living room opens through to the kitchen with sliding doors that can make the space open plan or close them if you wish for the kitchen to be closed away. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and an electric hob, there is also plenty of crockery and cutlery and a Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for a self catering holiday.

There is a lovely terrace off from the living room and kitchen, with outside dining table and chairs for outside dining with a view across the complex overlooking the pool area and towards the town and the sea.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
