Condominium do Mar 1A is a charming 2 bedroom apartment, fully air-conditioned with a communal pool and garden area. Excellently located near the Marina da Lagos and Meia Praia beach.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor, there is a large entrance hall and the master bedroom is located off the hall with a king bed and patio doors out to a side balcony with a table and chairs and view over the pool area.

The second bedroom is at the front of the apartment with 2 single beds and patio doors out to the main front balcony.

Next to this room is the living room, with 2 sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs, this room also goes out to the lovely front balcony with a built in BBQ and outside dining area with views over towards the marina and Lagos town.

The kitchen has a through hatch from the living area and is well equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The pool area offers a large communal swimming pool and a smaller children's swimming pool, there is also a grass area for children to play.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away and offers a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianized streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
