Villa Ponta da Gaivota is in a superb location close to the centre of Praia da Luz and the beach. The villa has 3 generously sized bedrooms, a large open plan living area with 2 patio doors leading out to the terrace with a lovely partial sea view and a private pool with . A perfect spot for a family holiday in the sun.

This lovely villa is in a great location only about a kilometre from Luz town, this villa opens into the upstairs area, this offers a large open plan living and dining room with 2 large patio windows leading out to the balcony, from this level you get a lovely view to the left towards Luz and the Rocha Negra, the living room has seating for 6 people and a dining table that also seats 6 people, the kitchen is also on this level, all that's needed for a self catering holiday, there's an oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The balcony from the living area offers outside bench seating for all the family and there are stairs down to the pool area.

Downstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms, all the bedrooms have double beds, there are 2 bedrooms that have patio doors that open out to the pool area and these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a shower, toilet and sink, the 3rd bedroom has an ensuite with a bath and overhead shower, this room has a patio door that leads out to a courtyard with a table and chairs for sitting out and there's also a door from the courtyard that goes to a utility room with a washing machine.

The outside area has a lovely 4 x 8 meter swimming pool, 6 sun loungers and a BBQ for enjoying the lovely Algarvian sunshine. There is also a roof terrace that offers some beautiful views.

There is a drive and parking at the front of the villa and a manual gate that can be used for secure parking, this cannot be locked.

The walk to Praia da Luz takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to the restaurants bars and the beach.
