Pool Heating is available for an extra €200 euros a week between April to October and between November to March Pool heating is €250 per week, in the winter between November to Mach the Jacuzzi is also an extra €100 per week to heat. Extra person over 2 years is an extra €85.00 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2yrs €40.00 per week including a cot, Highchair €20.00 per week. Sunday arrival €50.00

Villa Bardi is a stunning 3 bedroom private villa with a large garden with private pool, Jacuzzi and Ping Pong. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has some stunning views across the valley towards Porto do Mos beach and the sea. This villa is on a quiet, no-through road, fully enclosed electric gates for added security for little ones making this a perfect family getaway.

The villa enters from the street through either a pedestrian electric gate (if you choose to leave your car on the street parking outside) or there is a wide electronic gate to bring your car off the street with access to the garage if required.
The front door opens onto the first floor of the villa, the living room is a large open space with an abundance of light, there is lounge seating for all the family and a dining table with 6 chairs, the smart TV offers a UK, German, Dutch and Portuguese TV service, as well as Netfix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime etc... (own subscription required). The kitchen leads off from the living room, this is a well-equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (loose coffee or pods), microwave and air-fryer. There is a small utility room off from the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small cloakroom on this level of the house with a toilet and basin.

The living room opens onto the outside terrace with an outside dining table for six people, and gas BBQ, with lovely views from this level of the villa it’s a great spot for dining out on a summers evening. There are also stairs down to the garden and pool area from the terrace.
This level also offers a lovely indoor terrace, this is accessible from the living room or the kitchen and is a fantastic space for those cooler days or evenings with another dining table, all the windows can be opened up to make this also an open terrace, again this area offers lovely views down the valley towards the Porto do Mos beach.

All the bedrooms in Villa Bardi are located on the lower level of the villa and each of them open onto the garden and pool area, where there is a relaxed seating area. The master suite has a super king bed and duel aspect patio windows that open out to the covered terrace with outside lounging area. The en-suite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and double basins.
The middle bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and next to this is a further double room with super king size bed and both these bedrooms have patio windows out to the covered terrace where the Jacuzzi is. There is a shared bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and basin for use by both these bedrooms.
All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are all air-conditioned.

The outside area of Villa Bardi is beautifully kept and offers plenty of space and with the added luxury of the jacuzzi, perfect for your holiday. The covered terrace has an outside lounging area with a sofa set, the jacuzzi is prepared for your stay with a cover to keep it piping hot, there is also a rowing machine available on the covered terrace for anyone looking for a bit of fitness, some pool toys and a ping pong table. The pool is approximately 10 meters x 4.5 meters (with easy access steps, and varying in depth from 0.9 to 1.8m) and is surrounded by patio and the lawn and there are 6 sun loungers for enjoying the sun. There is an outside shower. The far side of the garden behind the hedge row there is a small orchard of fruit trees and a round table and chairs in the far end of the garden for a late evening drink.

Porto do Mos beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, this lovely golden sandy beach with 2 beach bars / restaurants both are open day and night, during the summer months there is shade hire, pedalo and kayak hire are also available in the summer months.
