It is also within walking distance of the supermarket and the beach. Fully air-conditioned, the apartment features a large balcony with a built-in BBQ—ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Apartment Layout:
From the front entrance of the apartment block, there are about 5 steps leading up to the front door of the apartment. Upon entering, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen to the left, featuring modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and more. A door from the kitchen leads to the terrace, where you’ll find the built-in BBQ, perfect for al fresco cooking.
The spacious living area is bright and airy, with a comfortable lounge area, a dining table with four chairs, and two faux leather sofas. The flat-screen TV is equipped with an IPTV system, offering all free UK channels, including BBC and ITV. Patio doors open out to the large balcony, where you can enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table for four, while overlooking views toward the Marina and the town of Lagos.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The master suite features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is a twin room with two zip-lock single beds (please notify us in advance of your preference for either a double or twin setup). The en-suite bathroom includes a bath and overhead shower. The second bedroom shares access to a shower room located in the hallway. Both bedrooms feature windows out to a small balcony, with views toward the pool area. While the high hedge surrounding the pool provides privacy, there is no direct pool view from the bedrooms.

Roof Terrace:
The apartment also offers access to the stunning roof terrace, which boasts 360-degree views of Lagos and towards Meia Praia beach—perfect for enjoying the sunset or simply taking in the panoramic vistas.

Pool Area:
The lovely pool area features a large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play, and a separate children’s pool. There are also convenient toilet and shower facilities located by the pool.

Encosta da Marina is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from Lagos Marina and the golden sands of Meia Praia beach.
