Nestled in the sought-after area of Albardeira, Casa dos Sonhos is a stunning luxury villa that offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is ideal for family or group vacations, accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with complimentary fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the property.

As you step into the villa, you are welcomed by a large, open-plan living area that’s flooded with natural light, thanks to three sets of patio doors leading out to the private pool terrace. The lounge area is beautifully furnished, offering ample seating with two sofas and two armchairs, making it perfect for family gatherings. The dining area comfortably seats 8 and connects seamlessly to the well-equipped kitchen via a breakfast bar. The living area also features a TV with Apple TV service, and UK TV can be streamed to your own devices via the internet. A convenient cloakroom with a WC and hand basin is located near the front door.

The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a tall fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, and washing machine, along with plenty of cutlery and crockery. A back door leads to the side of the villa, where you’ll find a BBQ area with a covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining by the pool.

Comfortable Bedrooms

On the ground floor, the villa features a beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with patio doors that open to the pool terrace. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms. The first, at the top of the stairs, is a spacious room with a king-size bed and an additional single bed (ideal for an extra guest). This bedroom also has patio doors leading to a shared first-floor terrace where you can relax and enjoy stunning countryside views.
The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, also offering access to the communal terrace. The third bedroom features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin, toilet, and bidet. This room has its own private terrace through patio doors, offering a peaceful outdoor space.

Outdoor Living & Pool

The south-facing pool area at Casa dos Sonhos is designed to soak up the sun all day long. The 8x4-meter saltwater pool is surrounded by spacious terraces, a small garden area, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. There’s also a dining table with 8 chairs, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Pool heating is available for a small extra cost.

Casa dos Sonhos is ideally located on a hill above Lagos Marina, just a short stroll from the golden sands of Meia Praia. The marina, approximately a 15-minute walk away, offers a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Just across the footbridge, the historic town centre of Lagos awaits with its charming cobbled streets, vibrant market square, and an array of restaurants, bars, shops, and markets. The beach is also just a 15-20 minute walk from the villa, offering a range of water sports activities.

For golf enthusiasts, Palmares, Boa Vista, and Penina Golf Courses are just a 5 to 15-minute drive away. Families will appreciate the variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive, providing entertainment for all ages.
