Villa Vista do Montanha is a stunning 3-bedroom villa, ideally located in the sought-after area of Calicias, within a small, peaceful urbanisation just a few kilometers from Lagos and Meia Praia beach. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this villa offers a tranquil escape with no through traffic, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The villa is beautifully decorated, with a welcoming entrance leading into a spacious living area. The living room features a dining table for six, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV with IPTV service, offering a selection of Portuguese, BBC, and ITV channels. Wireless fibre-optic internet is available throughout the villa, allowing for seamless connectivity. From the living area, two patio doors open up to the poolside, where you’ll find outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils to make your stay as convenient as possible.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms in total. The ground-floor bedroom offers a king-size bed and easy access to a family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC, sink, and bidet. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, a small private balcony, a built-in wardrobe, and a safe. The third bedroom, also upstairs, has twin beds that can be zipped together to form a super king-size bed, and this room also has a small balcony. A full bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves these two upper-level rooms.

On the top floor, you'll find a large sun terrace with panoramic views towards the Monchique Mountains, ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

The villa’s private pool is 8x4 meters in size and faces southeast for all-day sunshine. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a built-in BBQ and bread oven, along with an enclosed backyard and off-street parking. The villa is secured with electric gates, offering privacy and safety.

Located just a short distance away, the ‘Destinos’ restaurant in the nearby Jardim da Meia Praia is perfect for those evenings when you’d prefer not to venture far for a delicious meal. Additionally, the villa is only a few minutes' drive from Lagos Marina, which offers a range of shops, cafes, and restaurants. A short walk over the footbridge brings you to the charming, historic town of Lagos, where cobbled streets, the colorful market square, and a larger selection of restaurants, bars, and shops await you.

The golden sandy shores of Meia Praia beach are also just a few minutes away by car, or a 15-minute walk.
