WINTER LET
Our winter lets are for short term rentals for a minimum period of a month and up to 4 months between November and March; rates include cleaning once a week with linen and towels changed. Electricity and gas charged extra, water included.

Extra person over 2 years is an extra €85.00 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2 yrs €40.00 per week including a cot, Highchair €20.00 per week. Sunday arrival €50.00

Villa Layout:
As you enter the villa, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall that leads you to the main living area. The living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, complete with a flat-screen TV, an IPTV system offering UK channels like BBC and ITV, and even a PS3—perfect for family game nights (feel free to bring your favourite games!). The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, which is furnished with a large table and 8 chairs, making it ideal for shared meals. Patio doors lead you from the dining room to the pool terrace, which also features a BBQ area, providing the perfect setting for outdoor dining.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is just off the dining area, complete with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer. Everything you need to prepare family meals is right at your fingertips.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The villa offers 4 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, ensuring everyone enjoys their own private space. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable twin bedroom with single divan beds, along with a bathroom featuring a shower located just down the hall.
Upstairs on the first floor, the luxurious master suite awaits. Featuring a king-size bed and patio doors leading to a private terrace, the master suite also boasts a large en-suite bathroom with both a bath and an overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms on this floor share a family bathroom with a shower. One of the rooms is a twin bedroom with single divan beds, perfect for children or additional guests.
For added convenience, there is a separate utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The villa also features a entertainment room on the ground floor, complete with a ping pong table—ideal for family games.
Outdoor & Pool Area:
Step outside, and you’ll be greeted by a lovely private garden and an inviting pool area.
