Casa Marianne is a stunning 4-bedroom villa set in the desirable area of Porto do Mos, offering contemporary luxury with breathtaking ocean views. The villa’s elevated position provides expansive vistas, which can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling windows or from the spacious living area terrace. All four bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, with an additional house WC for convenience. The private pool, which can be heated for an extra charge, is surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor sofa seating, and a lush lawn, making it an ideal setting for a fabulous family holiday.

Spacious and Modern Living

The villa is gated, with a few steps leading up from the front gate and driveway to the entrance foyer. Upon entering, you are greeted by a large open-plan living area. The space is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas around a large flat-screen TV, featuring a selection of international channels including Portuguese, UK, Apple TV, and Netflix (via your own account). A generous dining table with seating for 8 provides the perfect space for family meals. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light and open to the terrace, which features alfresco dining and seating areas for enjoying the outdoors.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils and is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.

Luxurious Bedroom Suites

On the same level as the living area, there are three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master suite boasts a large en-suite with double sinks, a corner bath, and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share shower en-suites. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views towards the ocean.
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor, also featuring a double bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom offers direct access to the pool area through double sliding doors.

Outdoor Space and Pool Area

The spacious pool area is perfect for outdoor relaxation, featuring a shaded undercover area with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers around the pool, and a retractable cover that helps retain the heat during cooler evenings (if pool heating is selected for an additional charge). The peaceful setting, along with the lush lawn and comfortable seating, makes this area ideal for lounging or entertaining.

Prime Location in Porto do Mos

Casa Marianne is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Porto do Mos beach, known for its peaceful atmosphere. The beach offers two beach bar/restaurants that are open day and night, serving a variety of drinks, snacks, and meals. During the summer months, you can also hire sun loungers or rent pedalos from the beachfront.
While the villa offers a tranquil retreat, it’s still within easy reach of the vibrant town of Lagos. A car is recommended for trips to the town, or you can use the local Onda bus service, which is cheap and runs regularly from the beach. Taxis are also reasonably priced. For essentials, a mini Mercado is a 10-minute walk away, while larger supermarkets are a short drive or taxi ride away.
