Villa Mari is a luxury 3 bedroom villa, all bedrooms are en-suite, this villa is fully air-conditioned with a private pool and enjoys a peaceful end of cul-de -sac location with some lovely country views.
The villa is located in the desirable area of Porto do Mos, close to the beach with 2 lovely beach bar and restaurants.

On entering Villa Mari there is a large entrance hall that leads into the open plan living area, there is a lounge area with a smart TV a dining table and 6 chairs and the dining area leads through to the kitchen. There are patio doors throughout this level of the villa that leads out to the under covered outside dining by the pool a built in BBQ and a pool terrace with sun loungers around the pool.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven integrated fridge freezer and all crockery and cooking utensils needed for a self catering holiday. Next to the kitchen there is a w/c and laundry.

Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and terraces with seating areas. All the rooms throughout the villa are airconditioned.

Nearest shop: For all your essentials, Intermarche is 30 minute walk or a few minutes by car. T

Nearest restaurant: Lovely and serving great Portuguese food down on the Porto do Mos beach you have Campimar and Antonio's these are both welcoming and open all year round catering for families and groups of all sizes. Both are situated on the picturesque beach Porto of do Mos 5 minutes walk from the villa, the beach also offers sun lounger and sun shade hire during the summer months,
