The Encosta da Marina 3-H apartment is a luxury 1-bedroom retreat, elegantly furnished and offering a peaceful getaway in the heart of Lagos. The apartment boasts a spacious south-facing balcony with breathtaking views over the pool, rooftops, the Marina, the town of Lagos, and even glimpses of the sea.

Conveniently located on the second floor of a 3 story building with just three apartments per floor, the apartment is easily accessible via a lift from the building’s front entrance or stairs. Inside, the large bedroom features a queen-size bed, night tables with reading lamps, a desk, built-in closets, and a security safe for your peace of mind. The apartment also offers ample storage with additional built-in closets in the entrance hall. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower and bidet. Air conditioning is available throughout for your comfort.

The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, with a beautiful oak dining table and four chairs, a convertible sofa bed, and a comfortable swivel chair. Entertainment options include a 40-inch TV with IPTV service, which offers most UK channels and Catch-Up TV, as well as Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. A bookcase stocked with an exchange library, local maps and guidebooks, and games adds to the homely feel.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a well-stocked selection of crockery, glasses, and cooking utensils. There’s a small kitchen eating area with a table and two chairs for casual meals.

Both the kitchen, living room, and bedroom offer access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular views. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table, four chairs, two sun loungers, and two recliner chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. In the evening, the view of the illuminated pool and the city lights of Lagos is especially enchanting.

The complex’s swimming pool area features sunbeds, a lawn for children to play, and a kid’s pool. Additional facilities, including toilet and shower amenities, are conveniently located near the pool. The apartment also provides two sunbed mattresses for guest use by the pool.

Encosta da Marina 3-H is ideally located within walking distance to all local amenities. The Marina, just a 5-minute walk away, offers a range of shops, cafes, and restaurants, some with live entertainment. A short walk over the footbridge takes you to the historic center of Lagos, with its charming cobbled streets, vibrant market square, and a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Whether you’re here to relax by the pool, explore the town, or enjoy the lively Marina, this apartment offers the perfect base for your Algarve getaway.

The lovely, golden sand beach of Meia Praia is a 10 minute walk away. The 4 km beach is perfect for long beach walks and shell collecting, especially at low tide. There is a variety of boat trips and water sport activities available that can be arranged from the Marina de Lagos. Favourites include a boat trip tour of the grottoes and dolphin watching. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there is a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
